Board-certified Physician Assistant with a background in emergency medicine and orthopedic surgery. I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and transitioned into primary care with a focus on proactive, whole-person health.
My clinical interests include nutrition, sports medicine, metabolic health, and rehabilitation. As a former collegiate athlete, I value strength, mobility, and recovery as essential foundations for long-term health.
At Members Health Co, I prioritize collaborative, evidence-based care where you feel heard and supported — with thoughtful plans designed for lasting results.
Outside of work, I enjoy time on the water, long walks, and stand-up comedy.

Board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a background in neuro-spine, epilepsy, peri-operative, and nephrology care. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and later completed my Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University.
My clinical experience includes caring for patients with chronic kidney disease and complex metabolic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and obesity. I am especially passionate about prevention and helping patients take a proactive approach to metabolic wellness, cardiovascular risk reduction, strength, mobility, nutrition, sleep, and stress management.
At Members Health Co, I believe in building trusting relationships and delivering personalized, evidence-based care that supports long-term health. I would be honored to serve as your Primary Care Provider in East Nashville.

Board-certified Physician Assistant with a background in emergency medicine. I graduated summa cum laude from South College's Physician Assistant Program in Knoxville and began my career caring for patients during some of the most critical moments of their lives.
My time in the emergency department taught me how chronic disease often builds quietly for years before becoming a crisis, and how much of that could have been caught, or changed, with earlier attention. That experience shapes how I practice today, with an emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and helping patients understand their health before problems arise. As a former collegiate athlete, I've also long valued the connection between nutrition, movement, and recovery as part of a proactive approach to care.
At Members Health Co, I'm focused on giving patients the time and guidance to understand their health, catch issues early, and build a strong foundation for long-term vitality. I believe great care comes from partnership — helping people make informed decisions that support their health for years to come.
Outside of work, I love trying new restaurants around town and spending time with my husband and our baby!
Dr. Rahul is actively involved as Medical Director, and our dedicated Board-certified care team is committed to delivering a healthcare experience built on relationships, accessibility, and personalized care.
What It's Like To Be A Member
-
Your first visit is a full hour or longer with your personal provider. We start by getting to know you as a person, not a patient. Then we go through your health history and how you actually live: your sleep, your stress, your goals the things you've been meaning to ask a doctor for years.
By the end, we know your health better than most people ever have.
-
After your first visit, we add any specific markers that came up in your conversation and set you up for a quick morning lab draw at any of our offices, or any LabCorp in the country.
Once your results are in, your provider sends you a detailed breakdown with personalized recommendations and a follow-up plan, built around your own numbers and your own goals..
It is specific to you, because generic advice doesn't change anything.
-
When you get sick on a Tuesday, you have questions a supplement, or a new symptom shows up, you text or call your personal care team directly. There is no phone tree and no triage line, and you never have to explain your history from the beginning. We already know it.
-
Your plan changes as your life does. We check in regularly, repeat your labs every year, and watch how your numbers move over time instead of looking at a single snapshot. This is what it means to have someone genuinely invested in your health for the long run.
