Physician

Company Summary

At Members Health Co, we believe the future of healthcare looks a lot like its past—when your neighborhood doctor truly knew you, advocated for you, and focused on prevention, not billing codes. By removing the middlemen and restoring direct doctor-patient relationships, we deliver faster access, better outcomes, and an affordable membership model that prioritizes people over paperwork. In addition to preventive bloodwork, comprehensive primary care, and at-cost pricing for pharmacy, urgent care, and same-day imaging, we offer a full suite of no-markup wellness services including IVs, aesthetics, massage therapy, and farm-fresh meal preps. Our mission is to make healthcare personal, transparent, and accessible by cutting out the middlemen and sales-driven approaches to wellness; instead, our physician-led approach focuses on you and your health to save money, time, and improve health outcomes.

● Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostics in alignment with Members Health Co clinical standards and evidence-based protocols.
● Deliver clear, patient-friendly explanations of results with documented next steps and follow-up plans.
● Apply the Members Health Co tiered clinical philosophy: lifestyle interventions first, evidence-based supplements second, and medications when clinically appropriate.
● Manage complex cases and coordinate specialty referrals as needed.

● Demonstrate warmth, clarity, and emotional intelligence in all patient interactions.
● Ensure Members feel known, supported, and proactively followed throughout their care journey.
● Complete encounter documentation accurately and on the same day whenever possible.
● Maintain charts that clearly reflect assessment, medical decision-making, and care plans.
● Ensure all actions referenced in notes (prescriptions, referrals, labs, imaging, follow-ups) are executed correctly.
● Create and maintain appropriate follow-up tasks within Hint and/or Spruce (e.g., lab reviews, medication check-ins, preventive care reminders).
● Maintain accurate medication lists, medical history, family history, and surgical history within the patient chart.
● Participate in routine chart audits as part of Members Health Co quality standards, with audit frequency decreasing as sustained excellence is demonstrated.
● Partner with the Office Manager to ensure daily clinic readiness, workflow efficiency, and a high-quality Member experience.

● Maintain accurate and appropriate invoicing practices for labs, medications, supplements, and services as a baseline professional responsibility.
● Engage in coaching and process refinement when quality gaps are identified.
● Demonstrate consistent reliability to earn increased autonomy and reduced audit frequency over time.
● Participate in structured onboarding, including clinical standards review, communication calibration, and systems training.
● Contribute to training, mentorship, and onboarding of future clinical providers as the organization grows.
● Serve as a clinical role model and culture carrier for Members Health Co standards and values.
